Some properties cannot be approached at all. A cliff, a private access too narrow, ground that overhangs: the materials then have to arrive by air. We organise the helicopter lifting with specialist firms, from the permit application to the rotation of loads, and on the ground we coordinate the teams taking delivery.

Constraints of this kind decide whether a project is feasible, long before any choice of finishes. We assess them at the study stage, so that the budget and the programme account for them.
