The data is processed by Infinity’Partners and its French entity. It is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA and passes through the email provider used to receive enquiries.
Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which allows the transfer of data from the European Union without further formalities.
The data sent through the form is retained for three years from the last contact that received no follow-up. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the associated documents and data are retained for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable statutory retention and limitation periods.
