Infinity’Partners runs construction and renovation sites on exceptional properties, in Switzerland and in France. Villas, apartments, buildings, hotels: the company works as a general contractor, from structural work through to finishes.

A villa overlooking the Arcachon basin, rebuilt from the structure up. The shell was stripped back, the pool rebuilt and the surroundings entirely redone. It was handed over with its infinity pool facing the water, its terraces and a lit garden.
A rooftop extension on a period building in central Geneva. The site was worked under a temporary roof, and the original timber frame was kept and built into the new volumes. The attic floors were handed over fitted out, with the beams left exposed.
A contemporary villa whose pool and surroundings were rebuilt, terrace included. The work also covered the interiors, living rooms and bathrooms, handed over ready to live in.
A rooftop project on a hotel in central Nice. The work involved rebuilding the slab and its reinforcement, waterproofing the pool and pumping concrete up from street level. The roof top was handed over with its pool, its bar and its lounge areas facing the bay.
A period villa renovated room by room. The existing decorative schemes were stripped out, and the staircase with its wrought-iron balustrade restored. The finishes include a chevron parquet floor and a marble bathroom.
A contemporary villa carried through to the finishes. The site photographs show the bare floors, the services and the staircase before cladding. It was handed over with its living rooms, bedrooms and marble bathrooms.
